Nothing happens on Valentines' Day for me. Then I have to see all these tweets/FB Statuses about how "sweet and beautiful" their date was. So it's basically something to motivate people to have a relationship. But this year, I'm doing it "forever alone" style. Buy something for a couple peeps in my class and that's it.
But if I ever do get a boyfriend (<----Again, I laugh at that.) He's gotta be....
- Classy and well-mannered. Table manners and how do you treat someone is very important. Classy because, well, you don't want someone that's not sophisticated. Trust me. No way.
- Patient. I need time for things to click, okay? So you gotta wait for a moment.
- Smart. I've got no time for dumbasses. And as Isabel says, "hermits".
- Has a job, can cook, shop for groceries, can do housework and can AT LEAST fix a lightbulb. 'Nuff said.
- A dream. No destination or goals? Bye.
- In Chinese, it's 体贴. I think it means really caring, like moms. But in my opinion, when you can't feel them caring for you (but they really are), that's the best.
- Sweet and romantic. This is where the patient part comes in, I don't know how to be romantic. I don't do candlelight dinners or swaying to slow music with rose petals. So you need quite some time to "introduce me". But it seems very nice to have dinner with the lights turned off and have someone rocking you to sleep while standing... And sweet+classy+smart=attractive to me.
- Honest.
- Healthy. I don't do chips, pizzas or fried junk. I have regular eating and sleeping times (sometimes for sleeping) and I need proper lighting when I work.
- Clean. Yes, I can't stand dirt and pests. I will kill you if it's you fault that the cockroach is there.
^See? I'm so picky. But seriously, if there's a guy like that, you're mines. And being a athlete+musician is a plus. Preferably horse riding and violin. Guitar is too mainstream.
It's real, it's Valentines' Day.
