In 1941, on this very day, the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbour, Hawaii and in the matter of 2 hours, 2400 people died.
Repost this in the memory of the people who lost their families, dreams, memories and friends on that day.
Yes, today is 7th, December. The day, more than 20 years ago, the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbour. 2400 people died on that day.
They lost everything.
Their dreams.
Their families.
Their hopes.
Their memories.
Their friends.
And their families and friends lost them too.
They died for something that should not have happened. They died for something that wasn't worth it. These 2400 people died because of human selfishness. The greed for power and strength.
And so, the Americans raged war with Japan. And even more people died. But you couldn't blame them, the died to defend themselves.
In the end, Americans won. But what was the price?
In return, they bombed Nagasaki and Hiroshima. The two atomic bombs killed numerous people at that instant. And even more at the aftershocks.
I'm not saying they should not have bombed or fight, I'm saying it was a terrible mistake. It wasn't necessary. At all.
